Dr. Emily Enright provides comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages and specializes in the treatment and management of ocular diseases. Dr. Enright also works closely with our surgeons to provide pre- and post-operative care for cataract surgery, LASIK surgery and more.
Dr. Enright is a board certified optometrist and received her optometric doctorate degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Southern California. A Minnesota native, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities. Dr. Enright completed a year of specialty fellowship training in ocular disease, including pre- and post-operative surgical care and glaucoma. Dr. Enright is a member of the American Optometric Association, Lions Club International and the Kansas Optometric Association.
Dr. Enright speaks fluent Spanish and has been participating in medical missions since a young age. She has traveled to Haiti, Mexico, Nicaragua and Costa Rica to provide much needed care for hundreds of individuals. Dr. Enright was the 2016 recipient of the HOYA Opportunity Scholarship, where she was recognized for her work with underserved populations.
Dr. Enright and her husband, who met in Costa Rica on a medical mission trip, are excited to call Kansas City home. They enjoy playing tennis, live music, traveling and spending time outdoors.
